RadeonSI Refactors NIR Compilation for Improved Performance and Faster GLSL Compile Times

Marek Olšák, a prominent AMD Mesa developer, merged a significant set of 36 patches on New Year's Day aimed at refactoring the NIR compilation code for the RadeonSI Gallium3D driver. This deep-level architectural change is expected to yield better performance for AMD Radeon graphics cards running on Linux. The rework specifically targets lowering GLSL compile times, which should result in quicker application and game load times for users leveraging the RadeonSI driver. The changes reflect ongoing efforts to optimize AMD's open-source graphics stack within Mesa.
