Bottles 61.1 Adds Custom Gamescope Options and Wine Library Handling

Bottles, the GUI tool for managing Wine prefixes, released version 61.1 today. This update introduces custom Gamescope options, allowing users more control over their gaming sessions, alongside a new playtime aggregation modal for tracking game usage. Key fixes in 61.1 address an incorrect Gamescope installation command and update several broken dependency installation commands. Furthermore, the release resolves an issue where Wine library and GStreamer paths were overridden when using a system-installed Wine, improving compatibility and system integration for Linux users.
