Proton 10.0-4 Adds New Game Support, Fixes GPU Driver Warnings on Linux

Proton 10.0-4 was released today by Valve and CodeWeavers. This update for Steam Play adds compatibility for a notable list of new Windows games on Linux. Newly playable titles include VR experiences such as Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality, Changeling VR, Drop Dead: The Cabin, and Zero Caliber 2 Remastered. Other additions comprise Metal Slug: Awakening, Distant Worlds 2, and Girls' Frontline, among others. Phoronix describes this as "their newest update to this downstream of Wine that powers Steam Play for running Windows games on Linux." The release also includes several fixes for existing titles. These address issues like French language playback in Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun, old GPU driver warnings for AMD GPUs in Far Cry 5, and Intel GPUs in Age of Empires IV Anniversary Edition. Music playback in Transcendence has also been fixed.
