Goverlay Nightly Fixes File Loss in fgmod, Refines Flatpak Config Handling

The Goverlay project, an overlay utility for Linux, has received recent updates to its nightly build. A critical fix was implemented to prevent potential file loss when using its fgmod component. As noted in the changelog, contributor vh-x added a fix to "sync original_dlls array in fgmod with fgmod-uninstaller to prevent file loss." This addresses a significant issue for users. Additionally, the update includes a refactoring by Damglador which prevents Goverlay from saving Flatpak configuration if the ~/.var directory does not exist, improving handling for Flatpak installations. Minor documentation corrections were also made.
