These CPUs are designed exclusively with Performance cores (P-cores). According to Phoronix, the current driver configuration for these P-core-only Bartlett Lake chips has been reporting incorrect maximum frequency values. The scheduled fix aims to resolve these "bogus maximum frequency values", ensuring accurate CPU frequency reporting and proper power management for Bartlett Lake CPUs once Linux 7.2 is released.
