Mesa's Rusticl Enables Arm Mali Panfrost Driver Support By Default

A recent update to Mesa's Rusticl, implemented by an Arm engineer, now enables the Panfrost Gallium3D driver for Arm Mali graphics by default. This change means that the Rusticl OpenCL implementation will now work out-of-the-box for Arm Mali GPUs that utilize the Panfrost driver. The integration simplifies the setup process and improves default OpenCL support for a range of Arm Mali graphics hardware within the Mesa ecosystem.
