This development allows Linux users to manage the integrated RGB LEDs on this specific storage device, a feature previously unavailable. As reported by Phoronix, "thanks to reverse engineering there is a Linux driver for allowing the RGB lighting controls for the ASUS ROG Strix Arion NVMe enclosure." This functionality enables Linux users to configure the aesthetics of their ASUS ROG Strix Arion hardware.
