PCSX2 v2.7.75 Emulates SPU Voice Decode Buffers for Enhanced Audio

PCSX2, the open-source PlayStation 2 emulator, today released version 2.7.75. This update focuses on audio emulation, specifically introducing support for SPU voice decode buffers. As noted in the release, the change is to "Emulate voice decode buffers." This enhancement aims to improve the accuracy and fidelity of audio output within emulated PlayStation 2 titles. This release continues the project's active development, following v2.7.73 yesterday which addressed a DX12 Vsync setting bug, and v2.7.64 earlier this week.
