Xemu Dev Build Updates SPIRV-Reflect, Simplifies nv2a Vulkan Texture Constraints

The xemu original Xbox emulator project has issued a new development build. This update includes a bump of SPIRV-Reflect to vulkan-sdk-1.4.341.0, aligning the emulator's Vulkan components with newer SDK versions. This follows the Khronos Group's continued development of the Vulkan API. Additionally, the development build incorporates a change to the nv2a/vk renderer, specifically relaxing and simplifying "surface to texture constraints." These technical adjustments are intended to enhance the accuracy and compatibility of the emulator's Vulkan graphics pipeline, potentially leading to improved rendering for original Xbox titles.
