Bottles 63.1 Enhances Stability, Adds Vulkan Fallback, Updates FVSv2

Bottles 63.1 was released last week, focusing on improved stability and core system updates for the Windows software compatibility layer on Linux. The update addresses a previous issue where the application could get stuck during startup and enhances shutdown logic to forcefully terminate inactive bottles. Notably, version 63.1 now avoids crashing if the Vulkan graphics API is not available on the system. It also updates Bottles' internal File Versioning System (FVSv2) to version 0.1.5, which is cited to improve performance and commit strategy. Further fixes include ensuring sufficient disk space before creating snapshots and resolving a crash within the Dependency Manager related to incorrect path parsing.
