AMD FSR SDK 2.3 Ships with ML-Powered Upscaling 4.1.1 for RDNA 3, New RDNA 4 Features

AMD recently released the FSR SDK 2.3, code-named "Redstone," introducing new capabilities for FidelityFX Super Resolution. This update brings ML-powered FSR Upscaling 4.1.1 support specifically to AMD Radeon RX 7000 Series GPUs, which utilize the RDNA 3 architecture. The SDK also includes Frame Generation 4.0.1 and Ray Regeneration 1.2 improvements, both of which are designed for upcoming RDNA 4 GPUs. The announcement on AMD GPUOpen stated, "AMD FSR 'Redstone' SDK 2.3 brings ML-powered FSR Upscaling 4.1.1 to AMD Radeon RX 7000 Series GPUs." This release aims to enhance visual quality and performance for current and next-generation AMD graphics hardware.
