Xemu Dev Build Forces NVIDIA Native Present Method, Enhances Vulkan NV2A

The latest development build for the Xemu Xbox emulator introduces several updates aimed at improving graphics compatibility and stability. A notable change forces NVIDIA's native present method, contributed by @abaire, which is intended to optimize display output on NVIDIA GPUs. Additionally, modifications were made to relax and simplify Vulkan surface-to-texture constraints for the NV2A graphics processor emulation, a change contributed by @mborgerson. The new build also resolves an issue where Xemu would crash if the configured games directory became invalid, specifically fixing "Load Disc.." crashes. Other minor updates include bumping dependency versions for curl and SPIRV-Reflect.
